I have never written one of these until today.

This is the second time I am dealing with a defective printer from epson with an error code 031008.

In order to receive another one I need to

1. Place ~$200 on hold to get another and shipped over night.

2. Ship it myself and it will take 2-5 business days for them to receive then they will ship the new one to me.

This is very inconvenient for me and family because we use it for work, school and personal. I have asked for the new one to be shipped over night and I will send defective one in the mail. Or they could send me overnight shipping label and I will send it to them. Neither ootion is possible. It is my opinion that they care more about their bottom line than my convenience as a customer. Shame on Epson and Jack TP000
