My printer is a ink well. My inkwell's are empty and it won't take more ink it spills everywhere.
I called and was told to send pictures and I did...I never received a call back..so I called 36 hours later and was told I refused help soy case was closed after arguing with three people long enough I left the house went got both .y children from school and was back... Karen called corporate and told them I refused help so they told her not to help me after .ore arguing I was passed to senior technician John who said I took bad pictures and that my Inkwells are full.
I asked him where he saw ink and also asked for his I'd number so when my printer completely quit he would be held responsible he refused and told me that the ink is full and I didn't know what I was doing because I didn't take good pictures....so I have a 400 printer that they refuse to help me with. That won't take Ink.....it will dry up and be done
User's recommendation: Avoid customer service.
Preferred solution: Replace my printer as it is not recognizing it's empty. If not resolved I loose 400.
Epson Pros: Ink less expensive, Easy to load the ink, Ease of use and print quality.
Epson Cons: Service is terrible along with customer service, Defective ink cartridge.
