Print time

Got Epson et-2720 a year ago. At the time, it was cheaper regarding the ink. At first the color printing stopped. Did some maintenance and got that taken care of. Did a update download about two weeks ago. Now it takes from 1 to 3 minutes to respond after pushing print.

Bad printer and terrible customer service

I have had the Epson ET-16600 printer for about 5 weeks. It has not worked properly since it was new. The printer has print quality issues and wifi connection issues. I have called Epson multiple times and have sent emails. They have promised to have a technical specialist call me back each time but have not returned my calls. They seem to have no desire to help resolve any of these issues. The Worst customer service experience ever. Stay away from Epson.

New driver downloads prevent use of non-Epson ink cartridges

I got an error message indicating I needed to download new Epson drivers. I downloaded them. Then I got an error message my ink cartridges could not be recognized. They are new EZ-Link ink cartridges. Now the printer is stuck on the error message, and I cannot print anything - the printer is now useless until I purchase new Epson cartridges.

Many problems with this printer.

I called customer service,they told me the printer was fine. They said that it was my mac PC because I had malware on it. I took it off,and it still won't work. Then they said they could help me if I paid &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;199.00 for 3 years.

I was scammed by Epson technician.

Be careful when you call for help, to fix your new Epson printer. I was scammed. My printer was fixed, after I paid $199 for a one year protection service. Four months later, these technician called me and wanted more money.

Hello. No, never heard from the Epson Company.

I just don't want anyone getting scammed like I did. I thought that I was calling Epson for a printing problem.

Received phone number by looking on Goggle. These people called me a few months later and wanted more money (better protection coverage).

Wish to sell my epson 11880 due to poor service by Epson

I am a customer in India who has been using an Epson 11880 for the last 3 years. There has been an issue in it since 10th Jan 2020. i have been made to run around in circles for the same - first told that its a head issue, then told that the pump is spoilt and now they tell me they cannot figure out what is wrong. I would like to sell the machine and wanted to know if there is any thing Epson can do to help since its a large format printer. I have the relevant messages and the communication. I am greatly upset and disturbed by this last 10 months attitude of Epson service centre here. Hoping someone can help me considering I have been a customer for the last 4-5 years.

Not happy with customer support

I have had a Epson ET 7700 eco-tank printer for more than a year. I havent even ran the first set of ink through it. Ive been on the phone with Epson a few times. Says its Hardware failure. They dont want to do anything for me other than give me a discount on a new one. I have a $500 printer thats no good

My printer is a ink well. My inkwell's are empty and it won't take more ink it spills everywhere. I called and was told to send pictures and I did...I never received a call back..so I called 36 hours later and was told I refused help soy case was closed after arguing with three people long enough I left the house went got both .y children from school and was back... Karen called corporate and told them I refused help so they told her not to help me after .ore arguing I was passed to senior technician John who said I took bad pictures and that my Inkwells are full. I asked him where he saw ink and also asked for his I'd number so when my printer completely quit he would be held responsible he refused and told me that the ink is full and I didn't know what I was doing because I didn't take good pictures....so I have a 400 printer that they refuse to help me with. That won't take Ink.....it will dry up and be done

Downloaded an Epson update, changed printing for anything saved as photo, the paper is not glossy stock, you can override this but eats up lots of ink and slow or slower, customer service Not listenin

Epson service or lack of service, after downloaded upgrade Not I can not print - everything in picture format will not print because paper is set to standard, total program goes back to windows printing anything saved as photo, even notes are considered as Windows Live Photo Gallery Program probably on computer No Help by phone, could have fixed this if person so called support listened. Off shore by accent, in a hurry, Did not want to know the problem

Pathetic service

I bought a sublimation printer, now they dont want to repair it because i used sublimation ink. Duhhhhhh, it is a sublimation printer. Your staff sold me this printer.
