Terrible product

Every time I buy a certified epson ink cartridge, I put it on and it shows low ink. This happens all the time. The last black ink ran about 10 copies before I had to change it again. Epson used to be a great printer. It really is bad. I had a head plug up, if all the cartridges aren't full it prints *** which is most of the time. Do not buy!

The printer shows full ink but will not print color. Apparently I'm going to have to purchase a new printer but it won't be another Epson. Have two non working setting on shelf now. Waste of a day trying to get results.

Same issue. Epson ET-4760 was flawless until I downloaded their upgrade and now it's a hopeless case. tech support still can't figure out the problem.

WF-7820 Sending it to sledge-hammer rehab. GET ANYTHING ELSE - DO NOT BUY THIS printer by EPSON! Nothing but problems. Calculate ink yields COMPARED to actual pages successfully issued, noted it would've been faster and cheaper to hire a monastery full of Byzantine Monk SCRIBES. After doing the last update for my Epson printer, my computer can no longer recognize my printer. I need to talk to a technical support person, but can’t get a hold of one.

Tech Support is awful!

I bought an ET-15000 not even 6 months ago, which was $800. I called tech support, which said it was a software issue, requested proof of purchase, serial#, and ink lines. I sent them everything requested, and now wanting more pics, and Im an extremely busy multi business owner and dont have time or patience to take apart and get more pics. Then if Id accuse break something they would say I broke it so they can replace it!

Never again will I get another Epson had the et 3843 all in one for 4months it made me do the software update so I did and it *** my printer and they wont follow warranty because I was using sublimation ink WTH does my ink have to do with software updates there a joke so $450 down the drain

Did not honor warranty

Epson - Did not honor warranty

Purchased a short throw projector online through Walmart. Projector took a crap 2 weeks before warranty was up.

Contacted customer service and talking to 3 different people and sending them pics of my receipt and serial number they said my warranty was not valid because the projector was supplied to Walmart by a third party??!!! I had registered my product with Epson when I bought it and wasnt given any of that information. Customer service connected me someone at corporate who was working from home. She was a total B and said I should have noticed it was being sold by a third party and that I need to be more careful in the future.

So I asked her there are several Epson products being sold on Walmart online are all of those not eligible for warranty? She just gave me the runaround and would not budge.

Total BS! Never buy Epson products!!!

BEWARE OF EPSON'S BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I like to share my experience about Epson customer service. It's about my recent black ink cartridge purchase.

The issue is the new cartridge has a grainy print quality. Customer service transferred me to technical support even though I asked for their returns department. I clearly explained to technical support the issue is with the black cartridge. That didn't matter to them.

They insisted I performed a printer test for head setup and cleaning; downloaded on my printer by them. So, I did. This is where the crap started to happen. Because I performed the test, I could not get a replacement for the black ink cartridge.

Then upon several attempts to call back hoping to get the returns department, I was told my printer is out of warranty by technical support. It was excuse after excuse to not refund or replace the cartridge. Upon my final call back, I get the returns department. She couldn't offer a replacement, since technical support flagged it as a printer issue.

My printer worked good before replacing the black cartridge. Epson is willing to take your money and does not stand behind their guarantee.

They are fraudulent in their business ways. Long and short of it, I won't be able to get those 3 hours back in my life!
