NO IT DID NOT get fixed I had to buy a new printer as my business can’t wait on them.

I called the company told him what happened sent them proof of purchase showed them what my fault sign was that was coming across and they told me that it was not warranted less than six months old but if I wanted to, I could call back to corporate this is after being on hold for an hour to be told this I called back the next day. I talked to some lady and she kept telling me she had to ask her supervisor I called the number that was given to me by a supervisor for corporate.

I ended up hanging up because I was on hold for another 30 minutes. This is the second Epson printer Ive had that Ive had problems with.

I will not buy another Epson printer. I will not give Epson printers a good review .

Have to have all colors to print...so dumb. I tried changing the settings grayscale ect...but nothing I punched it then threw it in the garbage and honestly I still felt more could have been done. Please stop buying espon so they can go out of business and not produce this junk. With all the technology in the world they still find a way to make it fisher price.

Calling in for customer service to correct a issue has been difficult. Tried the Epson Store and it was busy. Finally found the number for tect support, but I'm on my fourth call and the customer service rep said the corrective measures were above their skill set. So, waiting for a senior service rep to call back. Lost 5-hours of work.Call

This is the worst company ever!!! It didnt give any help and asks for a review. Then you text tons of information then it wants money, before it will give ANY HELP. THE STUPID PRINTER PRITEDthen sucked my paper back in and said to call customer support which is a joke.BECAUSE THEIR IS NO SUPPORT, just this stupid printer holding my paper hostage till I pay you more money to release it. Im taking this stupid thing back to Costco and making sure they know how stupid this company is!!!

Rated 3 because problem has not been solved yet. Tech was very helpful and pleasant. Using pissed consumer is the best way to speak with a live person. 5 star rating!! Using the Epson live chat is a waste of time!!! Getting help from Epson or any other company shouldnt be so difficult and frustrating.

Printer error 2800 support

Printer jammed twice in the past 2 weeks. I had to get totally inside and find pieces I had struggled to get out. It is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Lots of problems losing network connection

Impossible to connect to Wifi. says wrong password repeatedly. spent 2 hours downloading drivers, etc. Not buying epson again, 2nd time with this product failing

Printer is junk

You must hire a lot of engineers , my printer is an engineering marvel because only an engineer would get it to work. It is nothing but junk. Shoots out paper with one dot on them or it wants to copy not print. Tomorrow it goes under a sledge hammer. I will never buy another Epson waste of money product again.

I will never buy or recommend another Epson printer. Worst product ever! I own 3 of these pieces of crap because they used to be great. After Epson got through updating the firmware they are the worst printers I have ever used. This company is obviously run by the same people who invent viruses and scam old people out of their life savings.

Epson - Unable to use product

Purchased Epson ET 2850 printer. Followed instructions but was unable to connect with iPad or laptop.

Focus is on iPad now.

Called Epson customer service, let the fun begin!

Shaq answers. Wow!

The C.S, agent asked me to repeat steps already taken per his instruction, that made sense to me. When that didnt work asked me to do it again (?) Okay. Tried again, then reloaded Epson app.

Tried again. No progress. He than asked me to install an air app.

Forget actual name. Loaded app, lets get started.

Message from app, $9.99 to continue. Told C.S. agent No, Im not paying that. Deleted app.

C.S agent wanted to continue to repeat everything we had done several times.

Continued on my own. Learned Location must be on. Still no joy.

Called C.S. again next day.

Asked if location has to be on. He confirmed it. Curious I asked why. He decided to transfer me to another agent, call her M.

She is possibly an intelligent, knowledgeable, effective agent. Ill never know because I could not understand a word she said. Asked to be transferred to first agent, on hold several minutes and M comes back on line. Communication skills no better this time around.

Thanked her and hung up.

Decided to cal Epson sales line. I know Customer Service is not their job. Talked to a young lady that was very interested in the issue but did not have the answer but would transfer me to someone who would. After being on hold a few minutes a fellow (J) came on the line.

Even though this was not his primary job he was extremely helpful. We went over parameters for installation etc. ready to start again

Next day start fresh. Reinstalled app for probably 7th time.

Followed instructions, get to the end, the printer still wont connect to my iPad. Dark thoughts. Printer could not be more impervious to my efforts if it was encased in 10 of armor plate

I am not a Tech guy.

I have however installed at least half a dozen printers in the last several years in addition to other items.

Im about done with this printer. Will wait till Monday to decide but may just admit that the score is

Epson 1, me 0.

User's recommendation: Epson is not alone as far as poor (being kind) customer service goes but my experience with this product has hit a new low. I will be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.
