Purchased the product over a year ago. It stopped working all of a sudden, and tech support couldn't offer any other help than to clean the print head and other steps that I have already taken.
It didn't print the best copies in the first place. I'm now out of $300, plus I just purchased new ink.

Won't respond to me.will not let .me print on my Bluetooth phone . called customer service no response. Will proceed with complaints to media and lawyers if necessary...
Ink not dispensing
Epson tech support helped me with this issue and it has been resolved. I received a step by step email for cleaning the print heads.

Bad experience
Constant glitches and broke after 4 months. Customer service is terrible.
Bunch of representatives that repeat themselves and barely speak English. Terrible experience!

Hello, I have sent multiple emails trying to get a new printing label to resend the faulty printer if you were unable to send me a new shipping label then please refund my card and I will choose my own printer and discard this one. Thank you,

They withdrew 127.00 out of my bank without my permission never sent me a replacement printer that is in warranty! Called them all week long and still has not received replacement printer under warranty but they withdrew 127.00 out of my debit
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EPSON They do not honor warranty they said they were mailing me replacement printer and putting 127.00 hold on my account until they received my printer they withdrew entire amount and never sent me a replacement unit just a shipping label to return my printer they are thieves. I will be pursuing every legal remedy
WF2950 printer stuck in Recovery mode
Printer stuck in Recovery Mode and won't let me reset or do anything.
I wish that I would have bought another Canon Printer instead of trying an Epson Printer.
My advice is buyer Beware of Epson and buy any other brand of Printer.

My Epson 640-X worked perfectly until the ink pad full message arrived for 2nd time. The first time it allowed a reset.
The second time it required the page counter to be reset. After weeks of emails and calls it appears only authorized Epson technicians can reset the counter. There is no Epson authorized service center closer than a 5 hour drive to me. Local printer techs will not work on this printer as they dont have the code either.
So Im left with throwing a perfectly good printer into the landfill. Epson service is non-existent.

Purchased printer cartridges 202, installed them, the black printer cartridge already half empty upon installation.

Epson tech support helped me with this issue. I received detailed instructions in an email on how to clean the print heads. I was successful and the printer is now printing without any gaps.

You make the worst printer known to man! I have emailed weekly, I also call weekly, and guess what, zero response, or answer.
Told not to use the top tray to scan or copy, so why is it there? Yeah, just to make it not work.
On average I spend an hour dicking with this *** printer.
Printer ink will not refill
Trying to refill the printer and the ink will not go in nobody has tried to contact me in reference to this after I tried to contact them

Computer is fine. Printer says it's connected to the network, but when printing it says the printer is in an error status.
I've spent almost 2 hours trying to figure this out. Updated firmware, tried everything. Horrible interface. Hard to understand.
This has been my experience with multiple Epson models. The layout of the buttons and interface is never easy to use. Common sense won't get you very far with one of these printers. It's time for Epson to get on board with where technology should be in 2025.
It should not be hard to buy a printer, hook it to your computer, and print or scan a document. And enough with the firmware updates; give us a product that is good when we buy it and never has to be changed. Like, what in the world are we doing? Definitely getting my mom a newer, easier-to-use printer and smashing this one into a million pieces.
Will never, ever buy Epson. And if I could rate it zero stars, I would.

Preferred solution: Nothing. I just want Epson to make a good printer that a 60 to 70-year-old person would be able to connect to a computer with ease.

Very disappointed with Epson WorkForce Printer and should have bought another Canon printer.
