Very bed service

I BUY A PRINTER L4260,S.NX8SJ005407 DATE OF 9/02/2022 AND 2 TIME SERVICE ALSO BUT PRINTER IS NO OK AND MY 3RD COMPLAINT 17 MAY 2022 LAST COMPLAINT BUT NOT ACTION AGEN MY COMPLAINT, I THINK I DO BIG MISTAKE PURCHASE OF EPSONS PRINTER I AM NOT DO WORK WITH THIS PRINTER NOW THIS TIME MY PRINTER IS DEAD I DO NOT WORK WITH MY PRINTER BECOUSE SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY POOR

Having issues

I did an update on printer that it was requiring after that it said No ink but ALL cartridges are full. I tried to call 2x & was disconnected I sent an email still havent heard anything from customer service

My printer was not working and the Geek Sqad could not fix my problem

I was very frustrated that my printer did not work, and I could not reach the company. Once I found the appropriate website and I informed them of my problem. I was told I would be contacted by a service provider within 24 hours. The next day I was called and the service person was very patient with me

User's recommendation: Read the various responses that come up when Google such is do. Know that you may have to wait up to 24 hours.
