I’ve had an issue with my ES-400 scanner since I bought it and it’s always something different that’s wrong the last time it was Microsoft issues not y’all’s and today I have the same problem.

I bought a lemon and Eason will not replace it thats the problem. Ive had this problem from the day of purchase 2years ago and the issue is still there
