Ink problems et 2750

Had printer less than 9 months . Didn't print a whole lot but ink dried. Brought replacement ink bottles from Epson. Printer would not accept ink. Tried all the sites troubleshooting to no avail. Epson tech support is nonexistent,no help what a waste. Advise...read reviews on the et2750 on ink problems and Epson tech supportread .

I can’t speak with anyone

I wanted to speak with someone and there is no number to call, and when I did speak with a person. It was a third party who kept hanging up on me.

Refund request

I hope you can help me. I’d like a refund for this Epson printer or a replacement. I’ve only had it a couple months (4 off which I was in the hospital and rehab from a femur accident.) So it’s been used very little. Maybe 30 pages tops. I’ve replaced ink several times on all colors and now it says I need toner! This printer is either a ”dud” or an awful printer series. I have never used Epson before. I’ve owned Brothers, Lexmark and Cannon. I’ve never encountered this problem before. The only reason I bought your printer was it was on sale at Target (where I can do car pickup as I’m in a wheelchair) I am staying with my mom in Raleigh in recovery from my accident. I actually live 2hrs away. I needed a printer for communication and mom didn’t have one. I am very frustrated with this product. Please assist me.

Paper eject error on Epson F500
