I am experiencing the same issue and I will never buy another Epson product again if I verify this is correct. After a firmware update, new cartridges that were working no longer works!

Customer service would not make a shipping issue "right"

After patiently waiting two weeks for a replacement ink cartridge I called Epson customer service. They offered to contact FedEx about the missing shipment and ship another cartridge in 2 to 3 business days if the first one still didn't arrive. I requested a second shipment immediately overnight as my printer was inoperable without that cartridge and offered to pay for two if the first one ordered eventually arrived. They refused as it wasn't their policy to replace an apparently lost item until they heard from the shipper. I ended up ordering the cartridge from another company that would ship it immediately via UPS.

User's recommendation: Don't buy directly from Epson. If there's any problem their customer service is more concerned about following policy than customer needs.

Bad printer and terrible customer service

I have had the Epson ET-16600 printer for about 5 weeks. It has not worked properly since it was new. The printer has print quality issues and wifi connection issues. I have called Epson multiple times and have sent emails. They have promised to have a technical specialist call me back each time but have not returned my calls. They seem to have no desire to help resolve any of these issues. The Worst customer service experience ever. Stay away from Epson.

Unable to reach customer support or pre sales

My et 3750 printer died in less than 2 years. I was offered a 15% discount at the Epson store. Unable to reach the Epson store. They said their hours have changed but it is within open hours and I still get the same "closed" message. I'm looking for an et-3760 which is the next generation of my old printer. They are out of stock. Now what do I do.

User's recommendation: Do not buy an Epson printer. There is zero customer service.

New driver downloads prevent use of non-Epson ink cartridges

I got an error message indicating I needed to download new Epson drivers. I downloaded them. Then I got an error message my ink cartridges could not be recognized. They are new EZ-Link ink cartridges. Now the printer is stuck on the error message, and I cannot print anything - the printer is now useless until I purchase new Epson cartridges.

I did not received what I order and paid for

I order ink order US1530**** and they sent it with federal express and I never received. I track it and federal express say that the package left Orlando Florida. Saturday 12. I went to federal express office in Miami Beach and they told me that federal express gave the package to the regular mail That was a week ago I think that they lost it and I had to buy the ink in Office Depot Ipaid twice for the ink Jose Cernadas j.cernadas@***.com

The technician was unable to help at all and said someone will call me in 24 to 48 hours after waiting on hold 30 minutes to get no help. Totally ridiculous for a customer service.
