They are forcing you to us Epson cartridges

have called 4 times to no avail. customer service just wants a picture. sent that 3 times. I have asked if they want me to use Epson cartridges get their price in line with other companies so we want have to look elsewhere.

User's recommendation: dont buy Epson printers, customer service is awful.

My Printer Rat bites inside printer cable i will complain for more than one month but not clear

Hi Sir & Mam: i am RAGHU R from India in Tamil Nadu my printer , my printer Rat bites for inside cable but i will complaint for our company that time will given complaint No-100987**** after two day's before they come to check for Service Engineer he is say on only one week for our printer complaint solved but one month completed but not solve my problem but i will pay for changing spare but why delay for my problem. for your delay i have loss my customer and money for 20,000 how to fight for compensation. please give me a solution. when you clear my printer problem, please tell me ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Scanner error 100016. unable to resolve.

Scanner error 100016 on printer window can not be closed, scanner will not scan. Printer from wireless connection to PC is OK. Unable to copy or scan. Tried all the suggested procedures. No fix. I will trash the WF4740 along with about $100 in ink cartridges. No more Epson for me. Looking for recommendations for new All in One unit.

My ET3700 printer *** out.

I was told it would cost more to fix my printer than what I paid for it. I had only had my printer for a little more than one year. I only use my printer for less than 100 copies a year. Why did my printer crap out on me so soon? I talked to a representative and got nothing. Right now, I would and will tell anyone I know or will talk to to not buy an epson product. This probably doesn't mean anything to the brass but hopefully if I reach enough people it will affect the bottom line. I can be reached at philrcox51@***.com. Do not respond if not a serious interest. I will be purchasing a new printer shortly. I will not consider epson if no response.

Don’t stand behind there warrenty

Bought a printer from them on August 31,2021. It quite working on 11/18/2021. Called customer support. Told because I bought it on Amazon there is no warranty. The funny thing is I have an email from their customer support telling me it is under warranty and to call their customer support to get it replaced. Which Epson refuses to do.

Terrible Customer Service

I called on 11/10/21 asked for assistance with a printer and the gentleman was very nice and helpful but I didnt have the last picture which was the one with error message so I just told him thanks and when it came up again I would snap a picture and call back. So today 11/19/21 I called and the lady was super rude and even called me a Liar. I want to say her name was Jen.

This is not the first Epson printer I have owned but it is by far the worst. The printer in question is the XP-4100. This printer rarely does what you need it to do in a timely manner. It either prints blank pages or unreadable pages if it prints at all. I have had...

I couldnt connect your printer to my Wi-Fi. Google mesh runs at 5 GHz and your printer runs at 2.4 GHz

Need help setting up scanner on computer

The scanner was constantly misfeeding.Iwill not recommend this product because it is not efficient. It was misfeeding constantly and the printer does to appear to be very fragile and loss parts.
