Bought an XP430 for my daughter for Christmas. She gets back to college and there is no printer power cord.
After 5 phone calls, several hours on the phone and innumerable holds, they still cannot ship the cord. They keep losing my information, cannot confirm shipping, have to change me to different departments - all for a simple cord. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Yes, I could buy a cord but it should have been included. I have even tried to get an RMA number to send it back and they cannot figure that out either.
