Bought an XP430 for my daughter for Christmas. She gets back to college and there is no printer power cord.

After 5 phone calls, several hours on the phone and innumerable holds, they still cannot ship the cord. They keep losing my information, cannot confirm shipping, have to change me to different departments - all for a simple cord. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Yes, I could buy a cord but it should have been included. I have even tried to get an RMA number to send it back and they cannot figure that out either.

I wish I had seen this before purchasing the Epson WF2860, I thought I was getting a really good deal. At first we had a lot of connection issues, then my husband did seem to work them out, yet it took about a year.

Then we noticed the updates kept popping up, my husband and I both kept avoiding them because the printer was working great and we certainly didn't need any problems with that in our lives right now. Then my husband gave in and updated, the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! Now the printer is unusable, it won't recognize our generic ink cartridges. We have tried resets, new cartridges, just about anything you can think of to get this printer to work and still NOTHING!

This is where I started my research and found this site which was very insightful, all having the same issue as us, then the company not being helpful in anyway. It's a real shame that a company like Epson would take advantage of consumers the way they are, you now have lost another, we are done with Epso
