CHEATERS, LIARS AND INEFFICIENCY FROM Epson. Epson -------- LEAST BOTHER FOR SERVICE AFTER WARRANTY. Customercare ---------- INEFFICIENT, MISGUIDING AND STUBBORN. SERVICE CENTRE ------- INEFFICIENT, ARROGANT AND STUBBORN. These people say that they have escalated my matter to the highest possible level on 22nd July all LIES but uptill now dated 27th July there is no help from Epson, only false hopes and lies. They are LEAST INTERESTED in giving support after WARRANTY. Once newly purchased there is help and soon as WARRANTY is over the customer is left deserted by giving some FAKE AND FALSE HOPES, only ASSURANCE but without HELP. Never ever purchase any of Epson products and if purchased forget for the support. Only in WARRANTY period the product works fine after WARRANTY gets over the product starts giving trouble.

EPSON PRINTER LQ50.SERIAL NUMBER.MWCY014022. MY, OLD COMPLAIN NO: 1987627 DATED ON 05/12/15. & NEW COMPLAIN NO:2047035 DATED ON 17/12/15. I COMPLAINED ON ABOVE DATES BUT THEY DON'T SORT OUT TILL NOW. TODAY I CONTACT HIM AGAIN TO SORT OUT IT BUT THEY TOLD ME SAME ANSWER AS BEFORE. I AM ALSO TRYING TO TALK WITH SENIORS BUT HE NOT TAKE HIS RESPONSIBILITY AND ANSWERE ME LIKE A CHILD. PLEASE ACCEPT MY EXPERIENCE AND SORT IT RAPIDLY PLEASE ITS URGENT.I AM COMPLAIN AGAINST YOU IN CONSUMER COURT. SO PLEASE

EPSON GOREGAON SERVICE CENTRE BAD
I PURCHASED FROM BIG BAZAR A EPSON ALL IN ONE PRINTER IN MAR 2102 WHICH STARTED GIVING THE TROUBLES FROM BEGINNING. IN 6 MONTHS TIME, BLANK PAGES STARTED TO PRINT SO REPLACED THE CARTRIDGES. SAME PROBLEM REPEATED IN 2 MONTHS, CALLED THE SERVICE AGENT WHO TOOK THE PRINTER, ORIGINAL BILL & WARRANTY CARD. SINCE 12TH DEC 2012, EPSON SERVICE CENTRE IN GOREGAON MUMBAI (ALKA) HAS JUST BEEN PROLONGING THE REPAIR. HEAD OF THE PRINTER NEEDS REPLACEMENT. SOMETIMES THE EXCUSE IS THAT THE BILL IS MISPLACED, OTHER TIMES THE WARRANTY SEEMS TO BE OVER ETC. ETC. IT IS A VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE. A BIG NO TO EPSON PRINTERS
