I just bought a $500 printer from Epson. I called their tech support for some help in using the scanner built in to the top of the unit. He couldnt wait to get me off the phone, did not solve the problem, and was just close to an *** to deal with.

Ill take the printer back to Best Buy, and try another brand.

User's recommendation: Be careful with Epson.

Epson's service dept. is just plain lousy.

I ordered some items 4 days ago and the order is still in processing with no shipping label so not shipped yet. I requested to cancel the order over two days ago and have not received confirmation after numerous e mails and phone calls. They have put me on hold until their shipping dept. gets back to them.

They have the $177.98 visa card in pending. If I phone them most the time I get someone from other countries that I can not understand.

No more business with the Epson company for printer or supplies. Probably best to go with Canon for printers and supplies.
