I have had this printer since Sept. of 2017.
Last week, it wouldn't print because I need M cartridge. I paid $20.00 for one cartridge. I put It in and then it wouldn't print because I needed bk and c cartridges. If it had stated that in the first place, I would've bought the whole pack.
Now I go back to the store and it cost me $50.00 for the pack. Now I have replaced all cartridges and thinking it will print, but now it saying I need to replace all the cartridges. I went on line for help support and they wanted to charge me $5.00 more to help me.
This printer has cost me over $100.00 since Sept. I will eat this, even thought I can't afford to, but trash this thing and go back to an HP

Epson Cons: Keep ask 4 ink after put new ink.
