I'm still disappointed in the Epson printer because my printer has been with them for over four months now, they refused to repair the printer and they didn't refund my money nor give me another printer. ( I didn't even use the printer for up to a month when it had fault).I will soon take legal action against them and also blackmail the company.
I will never recommend the company product to anyone and I will always discourage people to transact with them, except if they change, and also compensate me for the inconvenience and loss they have caused for my office. because they are showing themselves not to be trustworthy.

Good afternoon here,
Please I bought Epson L3150 with the serial number : X7GS18750. at one of your office in Nigeria, West Africa on 31st March 2022.
I did not use the printer for a month and it can't print out color, I tried to return it back to your company in Nigeria where I bought it, but I'm unable to get my printer back since then which has been with them for over two months.
Please help me out, I need to get my printer back as soon as possible in good condition or they should give me a new printer because it has warranty.
I'm totally disappointed and dissatisfied with your printer.
I will be expecting your response as soon as possible.
Where I bought the printer is at computer plus limited, 79, Bode Thomas Street, surulere, Lagos state Nigeria.
