Epson in Miami, Florida - XP-620 held for ransom

Details
went to print a plain old black and white document today and the printer would not print the document unless I replaced the "photo black" cartridge. So, I called tech support and they said the printer will not function unless all four cartridges are good, period. Can't print black and white, can't print greyscale... Epsom has my printer disabled until I hop in the car, go to the store, pay a huge price for 1 ounce of ink in a plastic box, return home, genuflect and install same. It is "sales by coercion". Printer headed for the dumpster even though it is three months old.

their Piece of *** ep 310, is nothing but a Pain in the ***! thing eats ink, now will not allow me to use after market cartridges or print in black only, I hate it now, have hated it since brand new, hate their *** poor support, hate their automated software which won't let you circumvent their BS systems and hope this and others will make sure that no one ever buys any thing that they sell and they crash into a financial abyss. and by the way your system of 90 word minimums is pretty *** to require people to drone on and on.

By designing the XP-printer to shut down if one of its ink cartridges is low is a big marketing mistake. You got me in buying one of your printers but I, and many of my friend, will never buy another Epson product. If your CEO is that dishonest and sneaky, one has to believe he is not capable of offering a good product at competitive prices. Epson NX 430 Tech Support

I am the owner of a new Epson NX 430 all in one printer. it's defective with poor print quality and under warranty. I've now spent over 1.5 hrs with tech support on 3 separate calls. Though they spoke English the process was very painful. My Ref # 120 320 001 960. The replacement unit was sent last week Thursday and to be delivered in 2 days and I had to give a credit card to secure the exchange for $89. They charged the credit card in less than 24 hrs. The unit cost $50 but I was told that when they received the defective unit returned by me that my account would be credited. After getting off the phone a few minuets ago with tech support who again promised me 24 hr delivery I decided to file a complaint. This has been a very poor experience and I will not purchase another Epson product!

Epson its wireless. Yeah right!!

I bought the workforce 600 wireless printer and for a while worked well. About 4 months ago the wireless part stopped working. I did all the possible changes nothing happen. I tried to contact customer service no success. I bought new ink and I bought a new router. I made it work for a little while with a USB, but now not even with that. I have a all-in-one printer less than a year and it is already bad. The printer works but no the wireless part that means every thing has to be save to a USB and then put directly in the printer. A lot of work. My Helmet Packard I had it for 7 years and it was as good as new when I throwed it away. My husband wanted a wireless printer. Wrong! Stay away from this product
