Froze working printer with working cartridges with no warning to consumer of recycled oem cartridges will not work after having to to do firmware update that I had to do, as communication error stated firmware update necessary for printer to work... No where is it stated to warn consumer that firmware will stop cartridges that have been refilled work.
Company refused to offer any thing to compensate, not even a discount on purchase of new cartridges, as we tried tech support on phone and I proved through having to send emails and sending photos of proof of message that ink was not recognized and my time spent with tech support and complaints were not respected... DO NOT BUY EPSON PRODUCTS!!!!!
