So I just updated my software/firmware and now I can't use my printer because I opted to purchase off brand, completely compatible ink cartridges that I have been using for the past 3 months. Now all the sudden I need to replace ALL my cartridges with "genuine Epson" cartridges.

They are forcing me to buy their brand which is more than double the price of their competition. Well Epson I say NO. No thanks. My Epson printer will now be donated to goodwill and I will never buy Epson again.

Here's a BIG *** Epson.

I paid for this printer and it should be MY choice what kind of cartridge I want to install. This is BS.
