Epson - Takes forever to connect to wifi, then repeatedly fails

XP330: to connect to the wifi, you need to type in the router password, using T9, which is itself antedeluvian. But don't bother: whenever the computer or printer go to sleep, it forgets the password. You can force it to remember that it's a printer and not a toaster if you load the epson driver, which takes forever as well to work and is IMO a ploy to get your email address. Then it'll work. For about 2 weeks, after which the wifi fails again. It will print an IP, but the IP won't ping; there is no help system except an annoying 'chat' popup that won't go away on the epson information pages. The 'chat' does not, in fact chat, and the pages won't show information because they want you to 'chat', meaning I suspect give other consumer information that they can sell. Total waste of money. Oh: and it has a 'USB' input, Which doesn't take USB; it takes their own cable. Which they don't provide but you can buy.
