Worked 3 months. Ink don't last. At ink change either error code 0x9d or ink change message is popping up. You cannot get out. It's not the cable it scans ok. Tested with multiple printer same issue. What's worst is at purchase no one tell you tech support is not toll free. Only resale is toll free. That means you better have long distance phone service if you do not live in California Or ouch there goes your cell phone min for long wait time. Hoping it's not one of those people that picks up you cannot understand their talking. If you are lucky they may offer a refurbished printer for your new one is it worth it? Once you agree you won't see your "new" printer again. Is this refurbished printer they send you was tampered with unauthorized person from Epson? Now if they recommend take the printer to our authorized repair center. You better have a car to take it there.
A car service will or may cost more than a new printer.
Do not buy Epson. They are not as good like they used to be.

Putting in new expensive ink you cannot even print 1 page and tells you ink is. Finished please change (black). The bar for color ink in the chart should be full not 1/2 or 1/4 ink level
I want full refund.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Epson Pros: Design nice.
Epson Cons: Keep dying, Keep ask 4 ink after put new ink, Keep popping up with error code at ink change, Want but cannot get refund, Waste money.

I'm in the same boat and this sinking *** is no fun - I have the WF-7620 so I went on the higher end side of the capabilities for 11x17 half sized engineering plots. I had a Brother *** out on me before and decide to never recover from a basic paper jam.
This is ridiculous. Does no one make affordable 11x17 printers/scanners that actually last? Tired of the printer revolving door.
I really loved the printer until all of this started over 6 months ago. It actually worked again for a bit - enough to bleed me of new ink purchases then it went back to the 0x9d error.
I am sick and tired of the issues with my Epsons printers.....had three of them and always get the error code when changing ink.
Had to uninstall, reinstall over and over.
Seems these companies couldn't care less.
Same problem here with my WF-3640. I get the dreaded Ox9D error.
Seems there is no fix available. This printer is only 3 months old.
