It is impossible to get a representative that knows how to trouble shoot the problem with the Epson WF-3620 printer. The printer suddenly does not allow you to make a double sided copy.

For the sold purpose to up sale the Epson service, I am told by Epson Tech Jackson that it is my network. I then tried to contact another tech that would perhaps be knowledgeable regarding the printer, but my call forwarded back into Jackson line. I was advised by him that he will continue to get my calls until he close out the claim . The Representative has no honest knowledge on how to troubleshoot the WF-3620 printer, and purposely is blocking me from speaking with the next available Technician for assistant.

I will never purchase any Epson product again. Sad
