Disappointment with Epson product.

I regret to inform you that I bought a printer which is Epson L3150 with the model number: C11CG86407DA and Serial number: X7GS187950, on 31st March 2022, at one of your agent offices in Nigeria, named: Computer Plus Limited, 79, Bode Thomas Street, surulere, Lagos State, Nigeria.

I used the printer for just a month only to discover that It was only printed in a blank, which make me very disappointed in your product, because this is my first time to use your product, therefore the first impression of your product failed me.

I tried to complain about this issue to your agent from which I bought the printer, your agent promised to repair it for me because the printer has been registered under warranty, so I still tried to transport the printer there with huge amounts, but to my greatest surprise again, the printer that I bought with huge money has been with your dealer for over two months because they refused to repair it and also refused to replace it for me, therefore this has jeopardized my work.

I'm very disappointed in the service of your agent, and I'm sure I can't recommend Epson printer to anyone or company.

I hereby request you to take steps on this issue so that I can get another printer or refund all my money before the end of this week, failure to do this will lead me to publish this issue on all social media handles, and you should know the damage that this action will cause to the reputation of your company.

Therefore, I want you to take action on this as soon as possible.
