Like many others, I installed the firmware update and no longer am able to use my Epson printer. Even after removing the third-party ink and inserting the unused Epson ink, the printer won't recognize it and additionally, it will no longer connect wirelessly.

Hey Epson, How would you like it if your car suddenly stopped, leaving you stranded on the side of the road because the manufacturer suddenly made it so your car would only work with their $7/gal proprietary gasoline? That's basically what you just did to the 1000's and 1000's of your customers who were nice enough to purchase one of your products.

I will NEVER purchase another Epson product and I hope all of the customers who you just screwed will follow suit and you go out of business.

HP is also doing this and I suspect other brands as well. Good luck.
