Bought new WF2750. The supplied software apparently out of date, updates automatically.

NEVER FUNCTIONS PROPERLY on either of 2 computers. Won't connect wireless or w/ USB. I have bought Epson/Seiko for years, BUT NEVER AGAIN. Apparently the Japanese no longer do quality control and send out crap.

Then make you waste time with tech support if you can understand them. No more. If I wanted to talk to tech support I can't understand, I would call Japan directly. I either talk to tech support in the US or I do not buy the product!

I have now spent 2 days trying to get the printer to work, and I could have better spent the time buying a more expensive printer from a competent manufacturer.

I also own a WF7510 all in one that worked out of the box. Now they should take their production staff and put them in a box, and bury it.

Product or Service Mentioned: Epson Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: NOTHING, I just wanted my printer to work. Now I want nothing from EPSON.
