Two failed Epson ET-4750 printers

The quality control the ET-4750 eco-tank refillable printers is horrendous. In my opinion, Epson produced a very poor quality printer that failed to operate in the first 6 months of usage. They did replace the original printer I purchased with a refurbished one which in very short period of time also failed to operate. I barely used any of the ink in either printer. I will not buy or ever recommend buying any of their printers.

Your technical support person was fine it just took three hours for me to find a phone number I had to *** and moan call some other number of some micro somewhere to get a *** phone number I was chatting for three hours kept getting dropped your credit card for a dollar never excepting my $30,000 credit limit credit card after five times I entered it your customer service sucks

LACK of Customer Service!

Purchased a $400. All in one Printer, I can not get it to connect to my Wi-Fi. I have followed all instruction and even involved Geek Squad. You can not reach any tech support through Epson on a weekend (HP Offers 24/7 customer Service) AND Epson says to contact them via E-mail, when i followed that instruction, It would not allow me to submit. When I called on Friday I was put on hold and no one ever answered. ZERO effort on EPSON'S part to remedy their product!!!!!PURCHASE HP

Can't get Setup to Work

Epson Workforce WF-2830 Printer: I had to get a new computer and now I can't install the printer. I am trying to install it with a USB cable and the installation disk and the downloaded Epson installer doesn't work. I have wasted 2 1/2 days on this. To top it off, the printer doesn't even print good when it's working. There is no phone number for customer service.

Piece of junk!

After replacing the black ink cartridge on my Workforce 4730 printer, I immediately got an error message saying there is a scanner error and to restart the unit. That didnt help. Also unplugged it a few times at the direction of the customer service rep. Nothing helped. I was then told that it is a hardware failure and since it was past the 12 month warranty period all they could offer was a 25% discount on a replacement. Let's see. I spent a few hundred dollars on a piece of junk that had not even printed 300 pages, so now I could buy another piece of junk at a discount? Not only are their printers junk. Their customer service is horrible! PLEASE DO NOT BUY AN EPSON PRODUCT h warranry.

Epson Ink Cartridge

I called Epson because I opened a new ink cartridge (empty).I was on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes with no satisfaction or a replacement. They were trying to say it was the printer. I said how could it be the printer if a new cartridge worked! I had to email photos but have heard NOTHING.

Epson Workforce 3640 Printer

Don't purchase the Workforce 3640 Printer the printer head has problems! It don't print. You have to clean the printer head at least 3 times and you run of ink.

Bad service

Epson does NOT stand by its equipment. I purchased a WorkForce WF-7720 late last year. In less than 1 year, I started getting an error message while scanning. I called the help line. We ran through the standard troubleshooting process, and they concluded that it was a hardware problem, and they would send me a replacement. Fine, got the replacement. I got to use it for less than 4 months and it started having errors (multiple) and would not function AT ALL. Not the scanner, not the printer, nothing. Could not clear the errors. Called the customer service again. Went through the troubleshooting process again, also told it was a hardware problem. However, because the original purchase was now out of warranty, they would not replace the machine THEY SENT ME. How is that fair? I barely got any real use of this model, and ultimately, they refused to stand by the hardware they provided me as a replacement! I spoke to a supervisor, as well, and there was apparently "nothing they could do" but they did offer me a coupon for 15% off another Epson printer! Oh boy! I apparently could also take it to an authorized repair shop who would end up charging me as much as just getting a new printer. So frustrated and annoyed. I have bought Epson products before without a major problem. So guess what? I'm probably just going to NOT buy from Epson for a while, if ever!Buy sio

Brand new epson printer wont work properly.

the Red and Yellow cartridges do not print properly. it leave lines when printing red in photos or type. Called Office depot and they say since i didnt call them in 14 days the junk is mine. nothing I can do. called Epson. they run you over and over the same idea for fixing the problem. still cant print correctly. lines still appear. cant print in color since red leaves lines. installed new cartridge. still the same..

Atrocious customer service

I bought an Epson SC-P900 printer via Amazon. It was delivered dead on arrivalservice code 000024. I needed a replacement right away. The first rep, whose command of English was not good, said they would overnight a replacement. But theyd need my credit card to guarantee things. I was told to return the defective unit within 7 days, and also was told I would receive a tracking number for the replacement. That never happened. Called them back yesterday to learn that the printer was out of stock until June 15 and since others are ahead

User's recommendation: Epson has god-awful customer service. Tech support is decent, but CS is a nightmare.

I am so angry that I cannot get ahold of technical support for my epson printer

My epson 2750 is offline, and I cannot get it back online. Why isi there no technical support? NONE at all. I call and I go on line without any ability to get help. This must change. I am throwing this 350.00 in the garbage & buying a Canon.

Crap Printer

I purchased the Epson XP-6100. It's the most temperamental device I've ever owned. It was so spotty on the Wi-Fi connection that I decided to go to the USB connection. I couldn't find the USB port on the printer and after two days of looking, I still can't. So, genius that I am, I decided to download the entire 300+ page instruction manual. I searched for the term "USB". Nothing. I'm thinking if there is a way to set up the printer with a USB port, maybe it should be in the instructions?? Last Epson for me. Anyone want a boat anchor???

Should be on the back corner might have a rubber or plastic plug in it. Will be a B type connector. It is right above the power plug in recessed inside.

My epson workforce suddenly stopped working. it was great before and out of the one year warranty. I was quite willing to pay a store or Epson to fix it. Epson support was non existent except for one RUDE CLERK. Repair stores REFUSED to fix Epson. I asked repair stores what should I do in the future ? They all said BUY AN HP so I did!!! To heck with EPOANF THEIR RUDE/LOUSY/NON EXISTENT customer service!!!
