Epson is the biggest joke
Got this a little over a year. Called today because it's not loading paper and it's a defective part that they can't fix because the warranties over but I can pay to get it fixed by a dealer that they'll send me to. Customer service was awful on the phone for over an hour.

Epson WorkForce WF-2750 - NOT printing. Customer Service is a JOKE

I was working with Epson for 2 days to "Correct" the issue that my Epson Workforce WF-2750 was having. I spoke to 12= representatives (not a one could i hear properly or understand).

I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was left on hold for 15 minutes the same representative came on and talked as if she was the supervisor.

If you purchase under a warranty, it does NOT mean that it would be covered completely. You would receive a discount for 50% off an Epson product that is marked up 2 times higher than the store.

Printer system was a nightmare

The Epson screen on the new printer is like a hamster wheel...goes round and round. Try again. Try again. Wifi password failed. No, wait! It's apparently worked! Screen prompts are so small, but they don't work anyway. There was no clear instructions or direction about what app to download to use machine. And the apps have $49 a year pop-ups that appear to be an absolute charge to use the printer. Set up was a nightmare. Fail, over and over! "Try again..." we're back to HP where products are easy to set up and intuitive to use.

Both times I have been promised great things until I have spent a significant amount of money ($3600 and $1000) then they do not come through on commitments. THEY LIE

Firmware fail and poor customer service

I also had the firmware update and then not recognize my ink. I sucked it up and bought a 4-pack of Epson ink, only to be shipped an empty black, and half full cyan, yellow, and magenta.

I called Epson Support to try and get a refund and then wanted me to take all sorts of pictures to prove my cartridges were empty. I followed their email's directions and when I sent my proof back to them, it came back as a returned email because Epson@***.custhelp.com is not a deliverable address.

I've had it with Epson and especially their awful customer service.

I went out and bought a brand new brother printer instead. Sucks because that Epson printer was pretty solid until they screwed themselves over.

My printer ink pad went out called customer service the guy was rude. He said it is covered its been a year with a attitude then say he would send me the tech info in email but didnt receive. All my printers keep going out Im never buying Epson again

Do Not Buy!

Since the day I purchased Epson Workforce 3620 it's been a nightmare! It never worked, I complained and they sent me a replacement.

Even then I spent hours on the phone with tech, mind you this is brand new out of the box. I have had it for several years and I felt like using it would cause me a brain aneurysm, now I'm not being funny here, it takes forever to print on page and the print quality and ink never was good.

I hardly use it and now printing poorly, I've followed all instructions to clean but it throws out error and error and you will waste alot of ink and money. Nice design, good price but a NIGHTMARE!

Printer issues

Printer that is basically brand new would not accept new ink cartridges. I purchased 2 thinking I may have received a defective one. Epson is sending out a replacement printer but it is refurbished which is unacceptable customer service for a new printer. Then they said they wont replace the $60 worth of ink I purchased.

Printer issues

Printer would not accept new ink cartridges. They replaced a brand new printer still under warranty with a REFURBISHED one. This is not good customer service. Also, I just.purchased 2 new ink cartridges thinkingaybe the first one was defective. They said they would refund me for only 1 cartridge not both. Worst service ever...was on the phone for 90 minutes dealing with this.

They sent me a defective printer and refuse to do anything about it. The printer stains my photos with red tint which happens in random spots, inconsistently and theres no single setting that Ive tried that fixes the problem. Customer service has been unhelpful, and not corresponding after telling me that theyll call or email me. This is simply unacceptable.

Pissed about the ink chip

What I dont understand is when I change the ink the chip never register Im behind in my orders and it has been 2 days and Im still unable to reach customer service because they dont have workers to answer the phone this machine is almost $10,000 you mean to tell me yall only have support for 8 hours a day

The printer is still not printing correctly and I call today to inquire about the paper that I was told that I will be getting only to be told that in on back order. Im still waiting on help to get this issue fix. Customer service sucks out of 10 people only 2 was helpful

It's the Worst Customer Service

I ordered online a refurbished ecotank printer through their website. In a couple of hours I realized that it's not the printer that I need.

It was on a Sunday so I emailed them to cancel or exchange. I got answer later that they have an automatic warehousing system and they cannot stop the order and I can call the customer service that opens M-F 7 am to 5 pm PT.

I called and talked to Mike and was told that since it is a refurbished that the sale is final. I said I understand but that's the reason why I emailed and immediately called since it's still under process and preparation. He said that he can't guarantee because it's refurbished and I have to call after 24 hours.

I asked for a manager or supervisor but wasn't available.I even have to ask a reference or ticket no. to document the conversation!

The following day I got an email that it shipped!! I called back and again it's non customer service oriented Mike. I got the same answer that it's a refurbished and all sales are final.

I will have to pay for the return!!! I insisted that it's unfair and I want to talk to the supervisor.

Again no supervisor but this time I was told that they will email me a prepaid Fedex return shipping code!

I filed a complaint to the BBB and disputed the transaction to Apple pay.

I got my money back after this battle with a customer service nightmare!

I thought buying a brand new Epson printer that I wanted but I held back. What customer care would I get if the printer is defective?

It shows as resolved, but its not. At least as far as Epson support is concerned. I fixed it.

Tech Support that doesn't have answers. I actuall have 4 Espson printers, 2 work force printer door stops, a 6100 and a 7100.
Couldnt get the workforce printers to print black and they wouldnt print with only color inks good. One printer woudnt print at all even with same cartridges from other (new.)
I had the same issue with the 6100 and 7100, no color ink, no printing at all, even if you just wanted black.
I bought the two colors so my 6100 and 7100 would print and turned off color.
As for the workforce, they offered me a whopping 30% discount to go buy another printer.
Even though i ran the clean routine at least 10 times, i tried something else. Blow the heck out of the black cartridge contact area and wipe its *** Believe it or not, it worked. It was constipated. I got it to at least print badly, then ran clean routine again, and it now works, Havent tried the other.
*** poor tech support!!!
I'm a techie, but not for printers. They should have known better!
I will be putting this on my LetsTalkTek show in the next few weeks.
