Epson specializes in customer "no service"
Long story. I have multiple Epson printers in my small business. Their customer no service department wasted weeks of my time -- sending me a printer cartridge to see if there was "really a problem". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was first of all told they didn't want to speak to me. I was put thru only after I told them I was going to post this complaint. However, her mantra was the same. It was all about the company's policy; nothing about the customer's needs. As I told her, it must be nice to be big enough that your customers are unimportant.
Epson printers will not work if one of the four color cartridges is empty. I tried to print a letter (black and white), but the magenta ink cartridge was empty. I went to the Printer Properties and set it to print "Black Ink Only", but that didn't even work. I...View full review
