My Epson 3620 is a piece of junk! Im very frustrated and pissed off! Epson was no help! I havent gone through a set of cartridges and the thing stopped printing properly!

Epson specializes in customer "no service"

Long story. I have multiple Epson printers in my small business. Their customer no service department wasted weeks of my time -- sending me a printer cartridge to see if there was "really a problem". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was first of all told they didn't want to speak to me. I was put thru only after I told them I was going to post this complaint. However, her mantra was the same. It was all about the company's policy; nothing about the customer's needs. As I told her, it must be nice to be big enough that your customers are unimportant.
