The faceless big business who offer lots and fulfil on very little. If they were a small company treating their client's ion this way they would fold.
They have no idea what they are doing. They ask lots of questions, get you to reboot stuff which disconnects you from them, its a win-win for them, chat over, or they link you to a webpage which is next to useless. They take an age to respond and when they do they take an age to answer the simplest of questions.
It is always the fault of something else, never the printer. I sorted the fault myself and yet having bought several of these machines for my company I expect better business support.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
