No response from company.

Product not working. Took 8 troubleshooting steps, still not resolved. Used chat box on website, no response after two hours (waited two hours on two separate days). Emailed through pissed consumer, still no response.

Customer service/sales literally have no idea about anything you ask.

Just ordering a new printer and some accessories (that I had to look through third party websites to find and practically interrogate an Epson "tech support" specialist until they had to put me on hold for an hour to ask someone else) They basically just keep redirecting you to different departments in a circle or random distributor companies that can't actually help you until you give up. Not a single one of the 7 representatives across 3 departments was able to answer a single question. I even tested one near the end with a spec that's on their website, and they spent 30 minutes saying "I'm sorry about your problem sir" (what problem?) before trying to transfer me again.

Can't get information about a printer

I search scanning on Epson and the write ups all say you can scan to a usb stick. However, I also saw that the 3850 and 4850 Eco Tanks cannot scan TO a USB Stick only to a computer that you connect by cable. There is no number for customer support - the one listed everywhere has been disconnected and customer chat is only for people who have already purchased a product. The question won't go through without a model number AND the serial number on your product.

They sent me a defective printer and refuse to do anything about it. The printer stains my photos with red tint which happens in random spots, inconsistently and theres no single setting that Ive tried that fixes the problem. Customer service has been unhelpful, and not corresponding after telling me that theyll call or email me. This is simply unacceptable.
