It has been 11 days and I am still waiting for my ink. I could of driven to your warehouse picked it up and drove home installed it and been printing before now with it.

Cartridges

Longtime HP user; house burned, bought Epson WF2850. Printer came with "intro" cartridges; immediately ordered replacements from longtime 3rd party supplier (LD and and Inkfarm). After finagling, got printer to accept them, but none work. Printer will only print blank pages. Even though I disabled Epson's online update service. Epson-- never again.

User's recommendation: avoid Epson-- they're trying to control you.

Epson t7270 part needs replaced

We received the following message on our epsont7270. It says please replace part soon. 00000020. I believe this is the electric circuit main board. Below is our company information for our printer. Very poor ink products

I bought 3 color ink in Epson252 and 1 black 252 just two days ago. Today, two days later, these same ink cartridges are low or no ink in them. There is no way that much ink was used. Keep in mind that the color ink is $46.00 and the black single is $23.00. For $69 purchase I got nothing. Apparently the printer will not try to print if any cartridge is low on ink. What in the world is wrong with Epson?

User's recommendation: at this rate don't buy Epson at all.

Crap Printer

I purchased the Epson XP-6100. It's the most temperamental device I've ever owned. It was so spotty on the Wi-Fi connection that I decided to go to the USB connection. I couldn't find the USB port on the printer and after two days of looking, I still can't. So, genius that I am, I decided to download the entire 300+ page instruction manual. I searched for the term "USB". Nothing. I'm thinking if there is a way to set up the printer with a USB port, maybe it should be in the instructions?? Last Epson for me. Anyone want a boat anchor???

Should be on the back corner might have a rubber or plastic plug in it. Will be a B type connector. It is right above the power plug in recessed inside.

I would like to get someone to help me set up the printer and not some obscure FAQ site that only returns answers when you ask the question the way the FAQ site wants you to. Basically, I'd like to get some human Customer Service. Remember the term?

Epson L805 services

Printer was lying for appx.4. 5 months with authorized service center owned by, Faisal Usmani, ph. 870701**** for repair of head, as he told. One day he changed the head, printer was brought from there but didn't print a single copy. It was sent back,he took back the head and said nothing can be done. Means it is now useless. I spend 3600 for the new set of ink, became waste. Is it the same company, of the printers being used by us for last 22 years..I am presently using 4 color printers from Epson but now...

Unable to reach any tech support! I

I had to pay several hundred dollars to have my scanner taken apart and cleaned when I could probably have done it myself if there was any tech support to help. I will in the future choose a brand which provides more tech support. A longtime Epson customer

On 3/12/21, I purchased An Epson 288 DURABrite Ultra Original Ink Cartridge - Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow pack from Walmart for $40.97. I REPLACED ALL CARTRIDGES on my Epson XP434 as directed and printed, but received "DOESNT RECOGNIZE CARTRIDGE"! AND after only 2 days of printing several more color pages, I received a "BLACK INK IS LOW"!! I have an upcoming projects that requires good and quick copying, IAM REQUESTING a replacement of these cartridges. your immediate attention to this matter would be appreciated. javier salazar

Foreign tech support.

Needed assistance to wirelessly connect my MacBook Pro to my existing Epson printer. Called and was connected to a pleasant young woman, who was in the Philippines. She could not speak English that I could understand. Im sure she thought she could speak English, but not the same english I speak. I finally apologized and said I would try again later. Why do companies allow employees that dont have a command of English attempt to give tech information to people in the US?

Epson customer service refused to help.

My Epson XP-830 SN: W57Y010518 was taken into service by your authorized service provider CTS Services Inc. 260 Maple Street, Bellingham, MA 02019, p 508.528.7720 | f 508.966.9734 service@***.com on February 17, 2021. CTS ordered Ink System B Assembly PN: 159****. Since February 2021 Epson has delayed shipping the part ordered to authorized service provider CTS Services Inc. The latest delay schedules the part to arrive at CTS "around early May". Epson will not help me try to expedite this issue. Customer Service refused to help me. If you want service please do not buy an Epson Printer.

User's recommendation: Please do not buy an Epson Printer if you want Real Customer Service.

Printers

I called customer service and after 2 beeps the phone was disconnected. You have the worst customer service. They want me to call a different number and they didnt even repeat that number. I have problem with my printer so help me how I can get in touch with your customer service department.
