Epson service or lack of service, after downloaded upgrade Not I can not print - everything in picture format will not print because paper is set to standard, total program goes back to windows printing anything saved as photo, even notes are considered as Windows Live Photo Gallery Program probably on computer No Help by phone, could have fixed this if person so called support listened. Off shore by accent, in a hurry, Did not want to know the problem

Ink color correction

I googled sublimation printer and the model we-7710 shows up and I bought this printer and sublimation ink and the color is not bright.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy model 7710 for sublimation.

Printer suppirt

They sold me a defective product and made it difficult for them to replace the product. They asked me for a deposit for the replacement and said my only other option is to buy a box myself and return it via a label they sent by email. Lack of responsibility and they are incapable of making it right

Epson 4100 printer cartridges not work

I bought new cartridges they all worked except the 212xl black. Replaced it at staples 2x still doesnt work.

I just bought a $500 printer from Epson. I called their tech support for some help in using the scanner built in to the top of the unit. He couldnt wait to get me off the phone, did not solve the problem, and was just close to an *** to deal with. Ill take the printer...

Epson's service dept. is just plain lousy.

I ordered some items 4 days ago and the order is still in processing with no shipping label so not shipped yet. I requested to cancel the order over two days ago and have not received confirmation after numerous e mails and phone calls. They have put me on hold until their shipping dept. gets back to them.

They have the $177.98 visa card in pending. If I phone them most the time I get someone from other countries that I can not understand.

No more business with the Epson company for printer or supplies. Probably best to go with Canon for printers and supplies.

I called Epson because after printer did update it did not recognize any ink cartridge original or generic. I spend an hour and a half with them, and all the wanted to know was about the inks. After so long of speaking emails and pics their answer was send us more pics. Epson time is money and people don't have time to keep repeating themselves. It's less of a headache to simply by another printer then to deal with your tech support they sound like broken records.

Complaint of Epson Printer L-150

Dear Sir, This letter is in reference to my purchase of an Epson Printer L-130, which was purchased 13th October 2018, from Silicon computers, Vasco Goa. When I decided to buy the printer for my office, I chose EPSON based on its values &; promises & the high standard of their products. But I am very sorry to say, I had a very bitter experience because of its performance, as the printers head got spoiled in just 1.5 years. The dealer is asking for Rs. 5000 to replace it. I just wonder was this printer just worth giving me a life of 1.5 years? When we buy a product from a renowned company like Epson, we expect a certain life cycle for the product. If it was a small issue, I could understand, but the printer head getting spoilt & not lasting even for 2 years and a small enterprise like us have to reinvest not less than Rs. 5000 for the repairs is a total not only a financial loss for my company but it talks about the failure of your company in terms of not reaching the expectation of your client & losing the confidence & trust in your product. it shows that you make the product only to make profits & not to serve people. As a customer any product I buy, I expect a certain quality, means the product should be satisfactory in look and finish, it should be free from small faults, it should last for a reasonable time, be safe to use & do everything they are commonly used for. I am not looking for the correspondence but for some action, if you want to change some opinion& have a good word for the company for any future customers or contacts. In the interest of fair play and in keeping a future customer satisfied, I hope there will be no further delays in resolving this problem.

New printer not working

What an absolute disgrace of a company. Have spent the last 3 hours of my day trying to communicate with someone to help set-up my five new printers. As a result, they are in the garbage and their Epson ecotank competitors will be delivered Tuesday. And the final affront is to deal with a customer service company called "pissed consumer" can only mean the majority of people who purchase this product are as unhappy as I am. Last epson I'll ever buy.
