No body bothered to respond back on my concern . Work done with advance payment , delayed and not done as per standard. Payment made but not satisfied . Very Bad experience !

Broken printer

Utter unadulterated *** Bought expensive printer (WF-2860). The first time I bought new cartridges, blank pages. Printer out of warranty. Customer service no help. Bye.

Unacceptable policy.

Bought an costly portable printer only to be told 3 weeks later I must buy 'Maintenance Box"

So I am back in college at the age of 58. I can't recall everything so I sacrificed and bought a portable printer to print stuff I need. The Epson WF110 was very costly but I was happy to have it. After two weeks and 21 printed pages, I need to buy a "Maintenance box!" I just started working after four months and had to find another 300 dollars to buy an HP which is working fine. Folks do not buy Epson products unless you have money to just give them, they are awful.

My company is heavily into editing, and we print labels for DVDs to send to various companies (of the videos we edit, of course). I called with a technical issue, which I was given a number by an automated system to call, then the phone hung up. Cool. Then, I call the number I was given, only to b re-routed 5 DIFFERENT TIMES, and given DIFFERENT phone numbers to call different departments that could "better help my issue". All the reps didn't even really care when I said I've been through this before, they were slightly rude, and kept saying "I'm going to transfer you to our specialist department", but it would be the same cycle. None of them know what they're doing. This is a complete trash company, and they should not still be in business. I hope their CEO looks at all of these and takes some notes. Revamp your company. Get brand-new employees. Re-train everyone. Good God. DO. NOT. BUY. THEIR. PRODUCTS. NOR. TRY TO. CALL. WITH. AN. ISSUE.

Printer set up problem

1 Can not recognize the 2 ink cartridges. The cartridges were purchase from Epson. 2 there is orange light under status. 3 I dont have the instruction manual. The printer was purchased at Costco. I would like to take the printer somewhere close by to get to look at it without having to pay for it. Can you help me on this. I live in Orem Utah. I have a project that needs to be done in a week. The inability to print anything. This is a waste of money; after purchasing new ink cartridges, the only color that prints is either red or black and white stripes.

The fact that this printer does not WORK.
