Epson Workforce 3640 Printer

Don't purchase the Workforce 3640 Printer the printer head has problems! It don't print. You have to clean the printer head at least 3 times and you run of ink.

Worst printer ever Epson ET2760 quit for the third time Epson already replaced it under warranty and now it is out of warranty and quit again..

Epson replaced my printer not long after purchase because it failed then it quit again was a paper jam screen said to call tech support. For a paper Jam??? Now the printer is out of warranty and it failed again as it did the first time. I was offered another printer that has been repaired for 40% off. Not a chance!!! Is that all Epson has is repaired printers. I purchased a HP printer some years ago for $25 it was a rock solid printer but the ink was not cheap. That is why I purchased the Epson printer DUMB move. The ink was not cheap.

User's recommendation: DONT waste your money on EPSON.

Epson printer 3640 Can not connect to my computer

NOT EASY TO BE CONNECTED ... SET UP MANUAL IS NOT EASY TO FOLLOW UP. SOMETIME IS SUDDENLY RUNNING BY IT- SELF AT MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT NOISY.

BS Firmware Updates

I own and have been pleased with my Workforce Pro WF3720 until I downloaded a firmware update today that apparently had only one function and that was to disallow the use of third party ink cartridges, immediately after download the printer identified the third party cartridges installed and the printer will not function until your severely overpriced cartridges are installed. It's unlikely I will buy Epson again! >

User's recommendation: If you use third party carteidges don't download firmware updates!!

My wife did the same thing. I called their customer support and Epson could care less!

I have never seen a printer with so many firmware updates as Epson. Their software is worse than their hardware.

Personal item found in the printer box

We purchased an Spain printer at our local Costco. When we opened it we found at the bottom of the box a bracelet. It contains two cylinders that have human hair in one tube and it looks to be cremated ashes of Someone in the other. Im sure whoever it belongs to would love to have it back. Over charged

There was a sale on ink cartridges for Epson on their site when I registered my new printer. I ordered new ink I was charged 3 times the advertising price. I called they told me there was nothing they could do. They would not honor the sale price they had advertised. Verdishonestdishonescompany false advertising

In sept 2019 I bought ur printer PLQ-30*X23T037141*.Now on toll free no u r saying that it's not been installed.But i got it installed.Now I'm facing problem with printer.It's still in warranty period.Hope to listen from u soon

We purchased the new Epson workforce pro WP-3733 about a month ago. The top rollers were defective since purchase. After three attempts to remedy the issue through troubleshooting Epson agreed to send a replacement. Received the replacement today and it is a way older (2018) version and a refurbished unit! Mind you if I wanted a refurbished unit I wouldnt have purchased the NEW unit. This is the life force of our business and I feel we were treated poorly throughout. Never recommend epson.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase Epson brand. Brother has been superb even before our purchase they have been amazing.

Solved - worst experience

Product was just 1 month old, the service centre guy even after complain is registered ask to use screwdriver and open up the gears and etc etc and refused to visit as he have only 1 call for this route What if i open the screws &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; all!! Does my warranty will be carried forward ?? Service with 48 hrs is cool but refusing and telling customer to open up the printer is not business ethics and not cool Regards

Not happy with customer support

Your customer care is not responsible at all they are not updating my warranty. I have requested them from last one week
