Unable to resolve printer problem

The person that I spent about one hour with regarding my Epson ET-2760 was unable to resolve the problem. Difficult to understand his English, spoke much too fast, and was not up-to-date with this type of problem. Though the printer works well with my wife's computer (USP cable) it no longer works with mine. TYPICAL messages when trying to print from my computer: Printer device and or utilities cannot be installed on your windows system, INSERT memory card; PRINT JOB CANNOT BE SENT, Printer in Error state;;; Ep connection check never passed 5%

User's recommendation: Stay away from Epson products. Their support is useless!! Epson ET-2760 X6NJ294165.

I had the same issue with my ET-3760. Yellow and Blue inks (3/4 full) not printing.

Spoke to 1 off-shore rep, that I could understand, who ran me through the same process I had done at least a half dozen times, and I'd told her that. She gave me a reference number for me to call and I believed that would be a supervisor.

Another off-shore rep, again I could understand her, put me through the exact same process, after telling her I had already done this. She closed my case, sending me an email with an authorized repair rep in my state and email links for refurbished Epson printers.

Broke printer

Horrible company

Not sure why it takes Epson so long to get the cartridges shipped out.

Too few shipping/tracking updates!! Your printer won't work with an off brand, so you have to purchase from them. Then it takes way longer than it should to get the cartridges!!

Scanner will not scan

hello. I do not know if I have the right department or not but maybe you can direct me to the right one. My Epson ES-50 scanner will no longer scan. It will pull the paper when it is first inserted (like it does before you push the button), but when I push the button to scan, it does nothing. I mean absolutely nothing. I have went onto Epson's support page but when I try to search it, no results are found. Please HELP!! This is the email I have sent to Epson. The scanner is super portable and worked for about a year and a half and then just stopped one day. There really isn't very much information on their support page and when googled, you can only get directed to the support page. That doesn't work!!

My Epsom ET 3830 says no AirPrint printer foundM

My printer has often said no AirPrint printer found and would later print, like when it warmed up or something, but now I cant get it to print from the internet at all. It will print the color sheet and copy.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy this printer if company can make it work.
