Ecotank is Garbage

I've had this Ecotank printer, bought for 300.00plus . It's Never worked Properly, Never connected to my wifi, computer OR phone! Ive not been able to Scan Anything, And If I attempt To Print something I get an ERROR messg!! Ive Never owned such a Piece of Useless Garbage as This ever! EPSON Has NO customer Service, And If someone Answers the phone The Accent is So Thick I can't Understand Anything they say.. HORRIBLE!!

User's recommendation: I wouldnt Recommend Buying ANYTHING from EPSON! its flimsy Trash with NO customer support!!

Customer Service

Have a recurring problem with printer recognizing new cartridges (Epson) and found no help with this problem on the Epson site. Their support site gives no help at all.

User's recommendation: Don't buy an Epson printer.

CAnt get product I paid $450 for to work

Out and out lying customer service

After many emails and phone calls, filled with Orwellian obtuseness. I've yet to get satisfaction. I bought a WF Monochrome printer that promises 10,000 pages of print. After 1000 prints, I found the ink running low and the cartridge was "Just for set up" Epson won't cop to deceptive advertising.

Code waste cartridges

don't ever by Epson because they charge you for resetting (you need to buy a code) after they force you to buy a new waste pad. Also, they do not let you use non-Epson ink cartridges. DON'T BUY EPSON

Pissed off customer

My printer worked just fine till I did update required now doesnt work at all. I did as instructed & changed ink to Epson 822 & still says No ink

Customer service scam

I bought a new printer, it would not load to my computer so I called customer service, they sent me to someone named Massey. I was charged $549.99 to hook up my printer. Epson says they do not charge for customer service. I was approached again to fix my network for another $699. This is a scam Too bad Epson customer service is scamming the publicbbuy a

Brand new ink cartridges rejected again!

DO NOT PURCHASE EPSON PRINTERS. About 6 months ago, after downloading firmware update, EXACTLY 30 days later, printer in 15 min rejected one by one 4 FULL cartridges. The printer would not work until I replaced all four full cartridges. Now it did it again: just 3 wks...

Having issues

I did an update on printer that it was requiring after that it said No ink but ALL cartridges are full. I tried to call 2x & was disconnected I sent an email still havent heard anything from customer service

My printer was not working and the Geek Sqad could not fix my problem

I was very frustrated that my printer did not work, and I could not reach the company. Once I found the appropriate website and I informed them of my problem. I was told I would be contacted by a service provider within 24 hours. The next day I was called and the service person was very patient with me

User's recommendation: Read the various responses that come up when Google such is do. Know that you may have to wait up to 24 hours.

Bought Epson ET2720, under Warranty, but they won't replace because serial number doesn't match with seller's. Found out that the company Best Way Tech that I evidently bought it from on Amazon doesn't even represent Epson. Third-party shenanigans going on with Amazon, I was never told that warranty would be void. Talked to corporate Epson, terrible experience, typical corporate America ripping off the little guy - because its so easy for them to do. Sounded like they actually got a kick out of my predicament. Never buy anything Epson again, needless to say. Suggest nobody else does. And also suggest not buying tech items from Amazon - a lot of games going on behind the scenes, and as usual, the consumer gets screwed in the end. Printer goes in the dumpster, just like that!

User's recommendation: I would stay clear of Epson, they don't care about you, just the profit.
