XP-Bad Egg

The XP-310 is the first and only Epson printer I will ever own. I don't do a lot of printing and whenever I needed to use it it has been nothing but TROUBLE. The cartridge heads dry up and I have to run the cleaning cycle several times to get them working and as we all know the cleaning cycle wastes ink. Customer service... forget it! Now you want me to write 100 words? Really. Give me a break. Here you go... Load of Rubbish.

Over many tens of years I have used Epson printers. Some were reasonable most were ***. Over the weekend I tried to print one label as many times I tried to put NEW cartridges into the THING it kept on saying cant see cartridges. I put several NEW ones into it and it still would not print. I have spoken to Epson several times in the past about inks and the have always given me the same answer. YOU ARE NOT COVERED IF YOU USE SPURIOUS INKS. What a load of Tosh .Millions of customers use none gen inks simply because manufactures inks are too expensive. Today was the last straw after talking to them, its in bits and in the bin. Smile Epson you just might be the next company to go Belly up with your arrogant attitude. You WONT be able to blame BREXIT for that one either !!!!!

Epson is the WORST, INEFFICIENT AND USELESS with no CALIBRE to give SERVICE to the customers, NEVER EVER go for any of Epson products they are DEFECTIVE with no WARRANTY AMD SERVICE and Epson is BLIND to see the customers complaint.

CHEATERS, LIARS AND INEFFICIENCY FROM Epson. Epson -------- LEAST BOTHER FOR SERVICE AFTER WARRANTY. Customercare ---------- INEFFICIENT, MISGUIDING AND STUBBORN. SERVICE CENTRE ------- INEFFICIENT, ARROGANT AND STUBBORN. These people say that they have escalated my matter to the highest possible level on 22nd July all LIES but uptill now dated 27th July there is no help from Epson, only false hopes and lies. They are LEAST INTERESTED in giving support after WARRANTY. Once newly purchased there is help and soon as WARRANTY is over the customer is left deserted by giving some FAKE AND FALSE HOPES, only ASSURANCE but without HELP. Never ever purchase any of Epson products and if purchased forget for the support. Only in WARRANTY period the product works fine after WARRANTY gets over the product starts giving trouble.

Stay away from Epson Printers!

I wish I had read the reviews! I'm out $300.00 bucks! WorkForce Pro 4630 broke in 3 months. I spent endless hours on the phone with Epson tech support only for them to finally admit they need to replace it. I was under warranty, validated my purchase and was told I was getting a new exact unit. Nope, it arrived refurbished and the lid is wonky. The printer is junk, not the laser quality it touted, uses the ink way to fast and the Wifi only works if the printer is in the same room as the router. What's the point?! Epson tech support has failed in being customer centric and they are dishonest!

oh'yeah junk at best. the printer has a counter that reaches zero you can no'longer print anything.

brought a 3'rd party software to reset the counter and when it reaches zero again ...

rubbish heap it go'es. NO MORE EPSON PRINTERS!

my mx860 refuses to do a nozzle check. Philippine operator does not have a clue what I'm talking about. I still have a few days to return it to Best Buy for a full refund. Thank God. I'll go back to Canon, where they speak English, but charge you a lot for ink. Now this review site wants 47 more words. Jesus. Does anyone in America speak English any more? Epson Xp-420 Printer Review from Eden, South Dakota

Epson XP-420 what a crock of horse****. Bought this for sublimation purposes so of course have to have non oem ink cartridges. I opt for the ciss for time saving purposes. It rarely recognises its own cartridges let alone non oem, but I work around that until after all of the remove and reinsert of cartridges pulls out one pin and breaks 2 others. But I repair that without the help of an Epson service technician. Then just as i get ink cartridges primed (after a week of nozzle checks and head cleanings that were useless, after priming beforehand then the printer wouldn't recognise again). Then what happens? Damned ink pad message. Really? Are you ****ing kidding me? Seriously when is this mother****** supposed to ****ing work? All in one my *** All in *** is what this is. I have already replaced the pad myself but now need some reset key to reset the counter. As far as thinking about the consumer all Epson thought about was their money and how they could scam the consumers right out of it. I will NOT recommend their products to anyone. I will fix this b**** on my own and never ever buy Epson again. *** this ***
