They are very arrogant and lazy, they do not listen to the problem and tell that they will send some one to help in 2 DAYS. And the ended up coming after 7 DAYS

Horrible Customer Service

Although the Epson website states that purchases are shipped via Fed Ex making a buyer feel secure with delivery, it has come to my attention that Fed Ex only picks up from the warehouse and then it drops off to the US Post Office which is a horror to deal with. Indeed the ink I ordered never arrived and it has been a hassle. Epson takes 3 days to research the problem and then YOU have to call them back for an answer. Epson will not contact you back when they find a solution. I am now in the waiting period with no ink and and getting back logged with copies needing printing. There is no store near me in a rural area. My suggestion is to spend a few more dollars and use a reputable company which uses only Fed Ex or UPS for delivery. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Dont buy epson

We use our printer very seldom and replaced the ink a few months ago. I could not believe when it showed out again. I will just throw it away and buy a better brand. Epson sucks!

Unwanted firmware upgrade for WF3720

I have used Epson printers of one kind or another for the last 20 years. I will never buy another one if I can't find a workaround for the inkjet problem. After the firmware upgrade when I turned my printer on it has shut everything out until I replace all my ink cartridges with genuine Epson. I cannot afford to pay $120.00 for 4 Epson ink cartridges. For that money I can just buy another printer. Is there a fix for this?

ET-2750 is made in The Philippines by the same English speaking illiterates that man their Filipino call center. Bought15 Epson for my employees and 2 failed shortly ( 2 months ) after the warranty expired.... coincidence? Likely engineered. Both stopped printing and had detached plastic parts in the bottom of the machine! Used their Chat function for support, the software for which is as poor as their printers. Took 4.5 hours to try and get a replacement which they promised they would provide ( that was too easy meaning they must encounter enraged consumers frequently ) if I would send pictures and receipt. Did both. Got bounced from one Filipino operator to another who told me that my AMEX receipt wasn't good enough and must have store receipt...all designed hassle so they don't have to stand behind a poor product and spend money that isn't in their budget. These dopes just earned HP the revenue of 15 new desktop printers. Epson is legalized, thieves!

My 3rd party inks have been throttled by the new Epson update.

I'm going to throw my printers in the garbage and buy from another brand. with the new update, there is an error message saying that the printer doesn't recognize the ink and now my print quality has gone down. it is evident that is done on purpose and with malicious intent.
