Why I just bought 15 HPs to replace Epson ET-2750 s
ET-2750 is made in The Philippines by the same English speaking illiterates that man their Filipino call center. Bought15 Epson for my employees and 2 failed shortly ( 2 months ) after the warranty expired.... coincidence? Likely engineered. Both stopped printing and had detached plastic parts in the bottom of the machine! Used their Chat function for support, the software for which is as poor as their printers. Took 4.5 hours to try and get a replacement which they promised they would provide ( that was too easy meaning they must encounter enraged consumers frequently ) if I would send pictures and receipt. Did both. Got bounced from one Filipino operator to another who told me that my AMEX receipt wasn't good enough and must have store receipt...all designed hassle so they don't have to stand behind a poor product and spend money that isn't in their budget. These dopes just earned HP the revenue of 15 new desktop printers. Epson is legalized, thieves!

DO NOT UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE. I wish I had seen this warning before I did it earlier today. I was a Canon faithful for a long time, but when my Canon died, I got a great deal on an Epson. I used it for quite a few months, always getting the cheaper ink and using it with no problems whatsoever. Today I noticed a firmware update and thought nothing of it. Updated and immediately got that my ink cartridges weren't recognized. Went online and found there IS NO FIX FOR THIS as the firmware update cannot be reversed. I refuse to spend twice what the printer cost for ink. IMO, with actions like this, Epson is one of the reasons that there are so many unused electronic devices in our landfills. I will be going back to Canon later on today, as I sell online and need a printer. I will never use Epson again.

The last update disabled my printer because they want me to by their ink! I refuse. I'll never buy another EPSON!!!

Epson Printers Really Suck
I have 5 Epson Printers 2-Artisan 725s,2 Artisan 730 and a WF-3520.Ourt of all these printers NOT ONE OF THEM CAN PRINT MORE THAN 1 PAGE AT A TIME,Epson no help no parts no replacement no nothing !

Ink replacement
It will be going on two weeks to receive an order for ink. Thats right, I just need INK. I will now do all my purchases of ink cartridges thru AMAZON which only takes 2 days

I don't "like" this printer which is why I'm selling the 13 that still work for junk and buying 15 HPs for my employees
