Dont buy epson

We use our printer very seldom and replaced the ink a few months ago. I could not believe when it showed out again. I will just throw it away and buy a better brand. Epson sucks!

Xp 430 cartridge error

Had my XP-430 for 2 yrs, of course I used a aftermarket cartridge once the originals ran out because Epson replacement cartridges were way to costly for what you get. Of course this year they sent out a update causing my printer to not recognize the aftermarket. Last Epson I will ever purchase! This is actually illegal and the should be fined!

Most printer manufacturers are now doing the same in an attempt to stop people from using non-OEM cartridges in an attempt to increase their cartridge sales. Gotta remember they don't make much on the printer itself, but through sales of their cartridges. Overall, a laser printer works out to be less costly even tho the cartridge for laser printers costs more initially.

STAY AWAY FROM EPSON PRINTERS!!!

I CURRENTLY HAVE 2 USELESS EPSON PRINTERS THAT I HAVE TO DISPOSE OF. THEY ARE BROKEN WITH ERROR CODES AND UPDATES DO NOT WORK, NO WAY AM I EVER BUYING ANOTHER EPSON PRODUCT

I finally have come to terms with it... so learn from all of us.. go another brand

hello everyone just got off the phone with the you know who's .. long time Epson customer here, loved the 11880 best photography prints ever, blacks are stunning, but the classic and most frustrating of all issues as we all know as Epson users...The Printhead so today Im done, lost a second printhead in the same year, called Epson this morning, calmly, asked what is the deal, whats the place for me and my small business with support and care from you.. they were silent on the other end, had no idea how to respond to a question from a small business owner frustrated and asking for help .. Epson knows what their doing and does it well, the blow off structure is how all these companies roll and if we really dont fight back they will always just be a blank low integrity money machine .. just got off the phone with a child in customer service Epson could do so much more that would cost and take nothing in the big Epson picture.. but that little nothing on their end would be so big for someone like me and my business .. example, "wow Mr. customer i see here with your file you are a wonderful customer of Epson! but look at this situation, wow 3 printheads in three years, Mr customer that has to be frustrating, you have loved and supported Epson for 10 years... you know what Mr customer lets connect with another upside lunatic business "Decision One" and we will pass along a 50% off so we can get you back up and running, oh and thank you again, because really, we wouldn't be here without loyal customers like you .. and since we are a massive money machine and you are a small business lets connect on your future with us and how we can continue many more years of your money.. because at the end of the day we could honestly give you and anyone else breaks here and there and it would be just fine" show some professionalism, courtesy, respect and above all appreciation

Find something better.

There is a constant update required every time you go to use it. Then, there are error messages. When you go for support they try to get money to resolve the issue they created.

Worst printer ever! Extremely User UNFRIENDLY!!!

I have never had a worse printer. For example, while trying to scan a black and white document to computer, the printer will not scan because I don't have any ink left in the yellow ink cartridge. It is basically demanding that I replace the yellow ink cartridge before it will scan to computer. I wasn't even planning to print the black and white document! Let me re-iterate; black and white document! Don't need the yellow cartridge to be full to scan let alone print a black and white document! Another problem, is it will not communicate with my computer! I will try to print a photo from computer with Photoshop Elements program and it will not use the settings that I specifically set up on that program to print the photo, it says there is a mismatch of paper size and type, even though the correct size and type of paper are in fact in the correct place in the printer! I have had at least 10 other problems with this printer, too many to mention here!

NEVER EPSON AGAIN

Total friggin scam!!! You cannot print in black and white and when you replace the cartridges if you dont get them from epson then the printer wont read them!!!!

Stay away from Epsom Printer

Will not print more than one piece of paper without jamming .I have 5 Epson printers all response the same way.no help from customer no service department.

Unwanted firmware upgrade for WF3720

I have used Epson printers of one kind or another for the last 20 years. I will never buy another one if I can't find a workaround for the inkjet problem. After the firmware upgrade when I turned my printer on it has shut everything out until I replace all my ink cartridges with genuine Epson. I cannot afford to pay $120.00 for 4 Epson ink cartridges. For that money I can just buy another printer. Is there a fix for this?

Very Very Very Very bad coustomer service

They are very arrogant and lazy, they do not listen to the problem and tell that they will send some one to help in 2 DAYS. And the ended up coming after 7 DAYS
