Horrible Experience

The support team at Epson told me to purchase new ink, as they said my ink was low. I bought all 4 ink options, replaced them, and proceeded to clean the nozzle head multiple times like they asked. I received low ink warnings for all of the colors within a matter of hours and Epson still couldn't get my printer to print. They offered me a 15% off coupon on my next Epson purchase though, as if that would make up for their failures. Why would I ever buy an Epson product again, with support such as this. Horrible product, would never recommend buying.

Ink cartridge problems.

After installing Epson's "update", after market replacement cartridges no longer work. Epson forces you to replace ink cartridges with their EXPENSIVE name branded cartridges, which do not last all that long. Epson needs to send out another update to fix this cartridge replacement problem. Until it does so, this printer is NOT RECOMMENDED. Epson - make the consumer aware up front.

User's recommendation: Do your research on current status replacement cartridges.

Unreadable tiny screen

My new Epson printed has a one inch square message screen that is impossible to read. It totally sucks.

Resolved: Puchase this Epson workfoce wf-2830 couple of months ago, always a problem, paper jam, even tho you have taken all the jam paper out. Call customer service needs help themselves, we are a business

I finally was able to get in contact with someone at their customer dept. Another printer was sent and it seems to working for now. I won't purchase another one of anything from their company.

Purchase Printer a couple of months ago, always a problem, paper jam, even tho you have taken all the jam paper out. Out of paper, put paper in and still there is a problem, all the time, it's not workable for a business. Call customer service needs help themselves, we are a business.

Poor Customer Support

Used automatic update feature, NEVER use it. Upgraded firm ware now it can not read 3 of the 4 print cart. Spent 2 hours on phone with several script kitties on 1 level support. Got to 2nd level support and they are useless. Once Epson upgrades your firmware, they have no way of going back. Epson WF 3720 printer save your time and effort, but a Brothers or anything else.

Worst Printer Ever

I purchased an Epson WF-3640 All-In-One a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with printing. It leaves dark lines, blank areas, no color in areas. I have used Epson inks only, I constantly clean print heads, realign them and have replaced them, it is still the same problem. It is a problem Epson knew about before selling this printer, and they have made no attempt to fix the faulty ink and print heads. I used to always use Epson as they never broke down and had the best printing only. I just bought an HP color laser jet and it works better than the Epson ever did or will. Epson can put their printers where the sun doesn't shine.

i purchased 5 in two years they all do the same thing they never stay on line they don’t hook up wireless it’s junk the ink is all over the place it doesn't read how much ink is in each one. it says it copies so much it does not handle many pieces of paper it jams all the time it’s the worst printer i have ever owned . it runs out of ink all the time i can’t get in touch with anyone . there the worst company . nothing good about this printer this was the most expensive printer i ever purchased not worth the money.

Never buy a printer from them!

Epson forces you to purchase all colors of ink in order for you to print in B/W only! This is unbelievable that they can hold you hostage & force you to purchase what could be an unnecessary expense for most people. When I called & spoke to a supervisor I was told that they is a design in the printer which can not be changed! I told him quite clearly that Epson is doing this to extort money from hard working people & that there is a way to change the design of the printer but, they refused to create one. He said (of course) that there is nothing that they can do about this. Angry

Keep a receipt because this product does not work well and will need to be returned!

bought the epson XP 446 printer and we have not had it for but 8 months and it is no longer printing. We still have the box and wondering if we can ship it to you to be exchanged for a new one

Firmware update

You never said firmware update do this ,you could have warned people,you should send out coupons so we can buy epson ink.My daughters setting up office at home to work told them don’t let your company buy epson product,your going loose big time,very poor PR.

I have spoken to three levels of epson support and will never buy epson printer again ,update knocked out my third party ink cartridges,I believe this is illegal,no fix for this issue ,I will see you in small claim court.

Printer will not print a complete page without several lines completely blurred. I have cleaned the heads 6 times now, I have aligned the vertical head, I have aligned the horizontal head. That is all the maintenance it gives you to check. Here is one page, they all mess up in the same place. Total waste of money. Bought it so when I needed a printer I would have one, I need a printer and it does not work!
