ET-4760 - WORST PRINTER EVER and so is EPSON customer service

I have a 6 month old ET 4760 and it never works. Jams all the time, feeder never works. Its useless . Called their customer service line a few times and they went through their usual script and want to send me a refurbished printer. GREAT! Send me someone elses problems. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. RUN AWAY FROM EPSON. Bad product, bad customer service. I just threw away $500.

My Epson 2720 wont print black and colors are muted. Cant talk to a live person at Epson. Went in a chat, and was directed to a site that charges for help.

Brand new epson printer wont work properly.

the Red and Yellow cartridges do not print properly. it leave lines when printing red in photos or type. Called Office depot and they say since i didnt call them in 14 days the junk is mine. nothing I can do. called Epson. they run you over and over the same idea for fixing the problem. still cant print correctly. lines still appear. cant print in color since red leaves lines. installed new cartridge. still the same..

How dare they install a software upgrade on my computer which renders the printer inoperable unless I purchase their brand ink cartridges. I will throw it away before I give them another nickel !!L

I purchased an Epson WF-2830. The initial cartridges lasted almost

no time.

But when I purchased and replaced them, the same.

I printed out 75 pages of black and white and the black ink ran out.

The black ink cartridge, which Epson says has to be their brand

to maintain the warranty, and was their brand, cost $19.99.

That is 26.6 cents per page. I could get it done at Office Max

for .09 cents per page. The company is working reduced hours

because they say of the virus. I cannot contact them tonight, but I can

tell anyone else never to buy Epson.

I was buying this in lieu of a much more expensive product for

printing art and also documents.

Thank God I didn't buy that from them.

I had seen that those printers were pretty cost effective but

I had assumed the more mundane would be an industry average at

least. Not so.

I will not be looking into Epson again for anything but an explanation.

I bought an Epson SC-P900 printer via Amazon. It was delivered dead on arrivalservice code 000024. I needed a replacement right away. The first rep, whose command of English was not good, said they would overnight a replacement. But theyd need my credit card to guarantee things. I was told to return the defective unit within 7 days, and also was told I would receive a tracking number for the replacement. That never happened. It has been 11 days and I am still waiting for my ink. I could of driven to your warehouse picked it up and drove home installed it and been printing before now with it.

You marked my complaint as resolved but it hasn't been. You marked it resolver before I even finished filling in the whole complaint.

Why don't you read the complaint then check into it before you mark it resolved. You also want me to mark it resolved before you will register my complaint. I believe that is a little bit of dirty dealing. It makes you look like you look into every complaint.

I'm sure that mine will be be put into file 13 and never be addressed.

But this allowed me to get this off my chest. So I will mark your resolved button even though you never paid any attention to my complaint.

I ordered my ink cartridges 11 days ago through the computer thinking it would be quicker. Epson cartridges are hard to find on the shelves in the store. I wish I would of checked into that before I bought the printer. In checking the tracking number this morning it looks like that they are still 2 more days out. I will never buy another Epson product again. You can't get the ink in the stores or in a timely manner from the manufacturer.

Epson Sucks

Epson printers are better used as anchor. They are worthless and any money spent on one is a waste. I've returned a printer twice within 6 months. Only to get a refurbished printer that also doesn't. I run a business and don't have two hours a day to troubleshoot the many issues with the product. Anyone who is purchasing a Epson printer scanner or any product associated with Epson. DONT. But another company it will one worth it.

I purchased the Epson XP-6100. It's the most temperamental device I've ever owned. It was so spotty on the Wi-Fi connection that I decided to go to the USB connection. I couldn't find the USB port on the printer and after two days of looking, I still can't. So, genius that I am, I decided to download the entire 300+ page instruction manual. I searched for the term "USB". Nothing. I'm thinking if there is a way to set up the printer with a USB port, maybe it should be in the instructions?? Last Epson for me. Anyone want a boat anchor???

Should be on the back corner might have a rubber or plastic plug in it. Will be a B type connector. It is right above the power plug in recessed inside.

My printer is offline.online. I call and call and can get nowhere. Friends have tried to help. I go to the support field and there is no support. There is no chat for help.

Very poor ink products

I bought 3 color ink in Epson252 and 1 black 252 just two days ago. Today, two days later, these same ink cartridges are low or no ink in them. There is no way that much ink was used. Keep in mind that the color ink is $46.00 and the black single is $23.00. For $69 purchase I got nothing. Apparently the printer will not try to print if any cartridge is low on ink. What in the world is wrong with Epson?

My epson 2750 is offline, and I cannot get it back online. Why isi there no technical support? NONE at all. I call and I go on line without any ability to get help. This must change. I am throwing this 350.00 in the garbage & buying a Canon.

Longtime HP user; house burned, bought Epson WF2850. Printer came with "intro" cartridges; immediately ordered replacements from longtime 3rd party supplier (LD and and Inkfarm). After finagling, got printer to accept them, but none work. Printer will only print blank pages. Even though I disabled Epson's online update service. Epson-- never again.
