Disappointed
I purchased an Epson WF-2830. The initial cartridges lasted almost
no time.
But when I purchased and replaced them, the same.
I printed out 75 pages of black and white and the black ink ran out.
The black ink cartridge, which Epson says has to be their brand
to maintain the warranty, and was their brand, cost $19.99.
That is 26.6 cents per page. I could get it done at Office Max
for .09 cents per page. The company is working reduced hours
because they say of the virus. I cannot contact them tonight, but I can
tell anyone else never to buy Epson.
I was buying this in lieu of a much more expensive product for
printing art and also documents.
Thank God I didn't buy that from them.
I had seen that those printers were pretty cost effective but
I had assumed the more mundane would be an industry average at
least. Not so.
I will not be looking into Epson again for anything but an explanation.

Verified ReviewerVery slow snail mail on their ink cartridges.
It has been 11 days and I am still waiting for my ink. I could of driven to your warehouse picked it up and drove home installed it and been printing before now with it.
You marked my complaint as resolved but it hasn't been. You marked it resolver before I even finished filling in the whole complaint.
Why don't you read the complaint then check into it before you mark it resolved. You also want me to mark it resolved before you will register my complaint. I believe that is a little bit of dirty dealing. It makes you look like you look into every complaint.
I'm sure that mine will be be put into file 13 and never be addressed.
But this allowed me to get this off my chest. So I will mark your resolved button even though you never paid any attention to my complaint.
- I found out you cant get ink out in a timely fashion
- I had tto put my printing needs on hold your slow response time
Preferred solution: Check into your shipping policies. I'm sure I'm not the only person that this has happened to. I'm probably the only one with enough guts to complain about it.

Preferred solution: I would like to get someone to help me set up the printer and not some obscure FAQ site that only returns answers when you ask the question the way the FAQ site wants you to. Basically, I'd like to get some human Customer Service. Remember the term?

Should be on the back corner might have a rubber or plastic plug in it. Will be a B type connector. It is right above the power plug in recessed inside.
