I called Epson because I opened a new ink cartridge (empty).I was on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes with no satisfaction or a replacement. They were trying to say it was the printer. I said how could it be the printer if a new cartridge worked! I had to email photos but have heard NOTHING.
User's recommendation: Don't expect anything from Epson customer service.

Need help setting up scanner on computer
The scanner was constantly misfeeding.Iwill not recommend this product because it is not efficient. It was misfeeding constantly and the printer does to appear to be very fragile and loss parts.

Piece of junk!
After replacing the black ink cartridge on my Workforce 4730 printer, I immediately got an error message saying there is a scanner error and to restart the unit. That didnt help. Also unplugged it a few times at the direction of the customer service rep. Nothing helped. I was then told that it is a hardware failure and since it was past the 12 month warranty period all they could offer was a 25% discount on a replacement. Let's see. I spent a few hundred dollars on a piece of junk that had not even printed 300 pages, so now I could buy another piece of junk at a discount? Not only are their printers junk. Their customer service is horrible! PLEASE DO NOT BUY AN EPSON PRODUCT h warranry.

Very upset about your printers. They do not last very long. I have bought 3 Epson printers. I will not buy another one.
Have bought 3 epson printers and all 3 did not last anytime. I need a printer I can depend on. Epson WF2540, Epson WF2650, Epson 2760WF.
